Axel Rulay ft. Farruko & El Alfa
Spanish dictionaries define trucho as "fake" or "fraudulent", or a two-faced person, mostly in South American usage (RAE, Diccionario de americanismos). So the title reads roughly "if it's fake, it's fake". The dictionaries don't record a specific Dominican or Puerto Rican sense.

Romeo Santos & El Chaval de la Bachata
Canalla means a despicable person, a scoundrel. It comes from the Italian canaglia, from cane, "dog" (RAE). The song is from Romeo Santos's 2019 album Utopía, a tribute to bachata's veterans (background).

As a radio voice: Billboard, Rolling Stone and Pitchfork report he voices DJ El Martillo on Cocoteo FM. Rockstar's own post names the persona, not the artist, and nothing indicates he appears on screen.

In Puerto Rican Spanish, the Diccionario de americanismos records cocoteo as a scuffle with knocks to the head (cocotazos), or a lowering of the head (DAmer). Rockstar hasn't explained why it named the station that, so any party or head-nodding reading is interpretation.
